Signature Requirement

- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address, or contact the courier to arrange an alternative option if necessary.
Stolen or Lost Packages
- Once an item has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
- We recommend that you provide a secure location for your deliveries, or opt for delivery to a work address or P.O. box if you're concerned about package safety.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
